hi guys maybe someone can point me in the right direction, when using my virtual keyboard to write txts etc the screen will turn off after a while as if i have not pressed any key unless i press a hard key.
help me its doing my head in.

You can adjust the screen from 10 sec. to 2 minutes.

I seemed to be having the same problem, until I realised that - was holding the bb pouch too close to the phone causing the screen to lock.

Could also be hitting the screen lock button

I didnt think anybody used the virtual keyboard. Ive tried and it is just easier to slide the phone. But i plan on getting the bold touch to alleviate this problem all together

Its set to 30sec arm but it should not turn off whilst I am typing
