my torch 9800 keeps rebooting over and over. and it will start it again. it will progress to about 2 thirds of loading and the start again. i need help!!!!!!!!!!!!

try reinstalling the OS from scratch...

I have tried the steps to reloading over and over and everytime it starts flashing half way though and telles me to reconnect. it usually happens when initializing. plz help! i watched the video and did it exactly!
