When I first got me BB Torch I could dial a phone number from any screen. Now I can only dial a phone number if I first go to the phone log. If I try to dial from the home screen or anywhere else I get no response. I have obviously inadvertently set something, but I don't know what. Help!

try turning on, or off, the universal search, and then pulling the battery...
