So like the title said, I'm running into this problem where out of nowhere, the physical keyboard and other buttons just stop working. I can't exit applications and it won't work. I'm noticing it happens after it goes to sleep after not being used for a few seconds.
I bought this torch on the 14th and I started noticing this problem like a week ago. Should I just return this thing? The BB support forums people said to try updating the software, but there were no updates available. This is very frustrating! What do I do? Battery Pulls sometimes fix the problem but not always.
