I just watched a preview video of the upcoming 9900/9930 and the new OS7 has a feature where you can disable some or all of the panels except "ALL" - so no more unintended swiping from Frequent to Media to Downloads, etc. Anyone know of an app that can do this for 6.0?
You need to use a different theme. Please check out the theme forum. And please feel free to use the search.
+1 to this one... ATM this is not possible with the stock theme, or 6.0 OS.. there are themes out there that will do exactally what you are looking for... themes section is where you want to be...
