On BIS- I have been trying to fix a slow email arrival issue with Hotmail, so I deleted my Exchange and Hotmail accounts and re-added them. Now only one shows up in the All window. I am receiving email for both via the messages icon. I tried deleted the account that doesn't appear but no luck. Any ideas?
Hotmail is POP3 unless that has recently chaged so it is going to be slow compared the BES as well as Y! A gmail etc... Go into the Messages folder the Options then Inbox Management. What accounts are listed. If they are not the use the BIS website from a PC to re vaildate the accounts.
