    hi i have a Torch 9800
    i have gotten the 507 error to reload the software
    its not the first time i have reloaded software BUT.

    when i got to reload the software and it gives the menu to select items to install onto the phone it says there is no space on the phone to install anything and i mean anything it shows 0kb memory to install

    what do i need to do

    I don't know never had that problem.. You should try to call your service provider or rim they might be able to help you if you can't find any solutions on here

    what you all have to do is pull the battery out and then connect the phone to a computer then swith on the blackberry desktop manager and it will ask automatically update the your software select the version and click the update option and it will ask to take back up automatically select it and before hitting the install button put back the battery. now wait it will load the os without any problem. cheers

    OP, can you post a picture of what loader.exe is showing?
    That sounds like your internal memory got corrupted, but that seems unlikely.

    You should wipe the phone with the bbsak.
    U can find it and download it on google. And then reinstall the OS.
    This is what i think make it work.
