I have an unlocked blackberry Torch and it can detect my desired carrier t-mobile. but i can connect. which I run the radio diagnostics, it comes up as none. and I still can't connect to my carrier. please need help

Do you have it setup to detect for 3G only? If so, it won't work and you will have to switch it to look for 2G networks only.

Dumb question here. Did you try a battery pull after you set it to 2G only? And, you have to have it set to 2G only as that's the only type of network you'll be able to use. Unless you unnecessarily want to drain your battery.

Yes hectorjr is correct. The Torch will only work on 2G with tmobile
