I logged on to my premiere account and the no committment pricing is $559.99. When I bought the 9700 last year it was only $479 so they are definitely looking for more for the Torch. Sure wish there was a cheaper way to get this phone. I have a business account that we are unable to upgrade and my wifes att phone cannot be upgraded until February. Are others taking the plunge at this price?

Your premier account is not doing you any good as non-commit via the web is $499 and most local ATT corp stores are selling for $549! They are really hosing you!

I see the 499 but I cannot order it this way as you have to pick a plan. If I log into my premiere account it gives me the $559 price. Any ideas on how to get the lower price?

You never really get a good deal with Premier on non-committment devices. You're better off going to the store.

Go into the store and get one or call AT&T up and see if they'll price-match their web price and not premiere.

Let me know if this is another option? I dont have an upgrade on my wifes account but my brother has 4 phones on his account. Can i order at the upgrade on his account, ship the phone to me, insert my sim and use the phone? Of course that will extend his contract 2 years on his phone.
