yes did the same for me so this last time it popped up I clicked continue and it went away and has not come back so far in the last half hour. hoping this fixed it//
Verrrry odd. Been plaguing me too. I'd like a explanation of why this has happened. Apparently its not carrier or model specific... And its happened before.
EDIT: so I did a lil searching around, this could be from accessing a site with SSL encryption (i.e. online bill pay, or shopping via one's BB) or from receiving a s/mime digital signature in a company's email. It might have been kicked off by an https:// on a website.
I dunno.
Looks to be safe... At least I hope it is.

Mine does that at the college here in town when the wifi is turned on for some reason. I've been through several different OS's and nothings changed. I think it has more to do with the wireless servers than actually the phone itself.
