    I downloaded the new Facebook upgrade yesterday, and when I try and close it, menu>close when I go to look in my running apps it is still running, and nothing is loading properly. :/

    try uninstalling and then reinstalling, maybe?

    Same thing with my Torch 9850. Earlier version worked fine, now I've installed & uninstalled a half a dozen times.

    You did do a battery pull after installing the app? Just doing a reboot sometimes doesn't do the trick.
