I have two email accounts setup on my phone. The first is my work enterprise email where we use Lotus Notes. The other is my personal Gmail account.

This is what I would like it to do, please help me figure out how to do it.

For my work email. I would like to be able to read my emails on my phone without it marking them read on my computer. I leave emails as unread on my computer as type of "to-do" list, but I'm tired of having to hit menu -> mark unread on my phone in order to keep it unread on my desktop.

For my personal email, I have it setup on my personal Android cell phone too. Right now, if I read it on my Blackberry, it still shows as unread on my Android or within Gmail. I want it to go ahead and mark it as read no matter where I read it from.

Basically, my work email is doing what I want my Gmail to do and vice-versa. And I can't figure out how to change it.
