Recently I just got a brand new BB Torch 9800 from my carrier. This new one has a little issue with two things.
First, when I use my keypad (Touchscreen) I press one letter, (for example x) I seem to get another (which is m). Now, when going to delete this letter with backspace, I end up getting backspace and l. This isn't just once, it happens a fair few times.
The second issue I get is the trackpad, I sometimes use this and when I take my finger off it, the cursor on screen still moves around. Anyone have a solution?
could be software related .... could be hardware related. Since it's a new phone...just simply take it back to your carrier and get it replaced. DO NOT try to fix it yourself else it WILL VOID your WARRANTY!
