Please can anyone advice me on what to do.My bb 9800 stopped ringing and only vibrates when calls come in and I can't listen to songs on my media unless I plug in my earphones.BBM sound has also gone silent.I have rebooted the phone and nothing has changed. Pls what can I do?
Your loudspeaker is broken. Happened to mine earlier this year. You can get the part here and fix it yourself, like I did: Blackberry Torch 9800 Loud Speaker
