So my last blackberry torch was messing up, so i took it in and got a new one. i get home and i realize that the only icon that is missing is my "pictures" icon in my media folder, and i have no idea how to make one etc. to see my pictures i have to go through my camera etc.

Try a reboot or a battery pull. Also, make sure that Media Card Support is activated.

Click on the BB menu, scroll down until you see Show All. Click to create a check mark. Then check to see if your pictures folder shows up by viewing all your icons on the homescreen.
