    Hi folks,
I ordered a Blackberry Torch today and am trying to get some accessories. I was wondering:

    1. What size card to you have in your Torch?

    2. What do you store on it besides pictures and music?

    3. Do you need more than a class 2 card?

    Thanks for your help!

So a class 2 is plenty fast for movies? Also, where do you get the movies from?

Minimum size I'd recommend starting with would probably be an 8 gig card, as they give you plenty of room to play with and can be had at minimal cost for the size. As you fill it, you can consider expansion later down the road ascosts for storage continues to go down. Class 2 is all that is necessary, as that is what BlackBerry is optimized to use.
I have a Class 6 for faster file transfer from the computer, but rums just the same as a 2 in my BlackBerry.

BTW, 16 gig cards are starting to come down nicely.

I use Mobiola Visual studio to convert DVD to movies. It is great on trips and in restaurants. At one time, I had more than a dozen movies.

What is the class size number everyone is referring to? Have never heard of it.

How do I find which class is on my card? What is the difference between the different class sizes?

    Thank you

Class refers to the file transfer rate. The higher the class the better but also the more expensive. 32 GB cards are still pricey but my Class 2 card works just fine. The only that I know to find out when you buy are to look at the specs and description. I got mine on Amazon.

Thanks jcp007. Whoever has a higher class #, do u really notice a difference than a lower class #? Just wondering if it is worth the extra money for a higher class #.
