I downloaded and installed this last night. After deleting the vendor file I connected my phone and opened desktop manager. It then offered an upgrade but only from .666 to .668. Looking at the OS's installed via desktop manager it can see .706 but will not offer it as an upgrade. For reference I am using Windows 7.

Any help would be great.
Don't use the DTM, follow Elite1 instructions on post #5 of this thread.

I did. Strange? I did every step except for the optional stuff... deleted the vendor file and then double clicked on the loader file in the same directory. I was asked for my password to my phone and then it kept loading and then asked for my password again and then said it was done. Battery pulled my phone and looked at the device version menu.
This couldn't have come out at a better time for me, a friend of mine's daughter just got an iphone & since my friend just upgraded to the newest torch, whichever number that is, the touchscreen one, her daugher's 9800 is just sitting in her room so guess who's getting the old one?? I'm not too proud to take a hand-me-down that's for sure. Figured I'd give it a run for a bit & if I don't like it (I'm not a big touchscreen guy) I can always go back to my trusty 9700.

Help?
Make sure there is not a second vendor file.
Look here for it.

Wow this is a great OS! now I can choose multiple files to attach to email instead of doing it one at a time and receiving those files (pictures) are quick. They download blazing fast to my email the second I sent them.

Haven't tried this yet, may not be 'till Monday before I can, but I'd say that App World being a bit slow is App World.

Appworld takes a little longer to load but it downloads apps much faster.

I've deleted the Vendor and made sure that no others were present and it still can't find the update that I've downloaded.
Any other cause or tips that I'm missing? Apploader is not finding it either. This is also by far not the first time I've loaded a leaked file or a non AT&T update either.
