...guess they haven't fixed the annoying "Favourites" bug where I keep having to move my SMS icon over to the Favourites tab after every reboot (so, daily, since I have it shut down at 11PM each night).

Anyone else still having this problem, or have a fix??

    Thanks,
    Kev

Known issue with every OS build so far.

Annoying to say the least. Best solution is to use another theme that does away with the annoying and redundant "tabs".

so I thought maybe it's because it is not a 3rd party apps that it was working, so I added PatternLock in my favorite, did a battery pull and a soft reset, everything still there.

Yeah SMS is still I think the only one that continuously gets removed after a battery pull from favorites

Sorry for the stupid question but what is a battery pull? I have been using the Curve 8520 for about 2 months and got the Torch Sunday so I'm still very new to all of the terminology. Thanks!

Removing the battery for about 10 seconds and placing it back usually fixes weird problems from time to time. Also recommended when you install themes or update OS or delete apps.

Also no such thing really as a stupid question only thing stupid is for the questions you never ask

Taking the battery out and putting it back in, solves common issues and should be tried first if anything starts to bug out
