Hello everyone. I just got myself a white 9800 today. I love this phone already, but I got a few questions. I was wondering 2 things. The trackpad. When I press it in. Nothing happens I have to tap what I want or press enter on the keyboard.. Seccond when I'm in an app. Pressing the end call key doesn't minimize the program to the background like it has on my 9550 and 9700. I have to hold the menu key then press home. Anyone else have this issue? Or is that jjust how os6 is? Thanks!

They should have a 30 day window, most carriers do. My carrier had a 30, now down to 14 but I seen people post here saying ATnT has 30. I would bring it back, remember to bring your original receipt and packaging
just got off the phone with them. they are sending me a new one.. and it better be new. im not taking a refurb for a phone ive only had for a few hours

have you tried doing a RESET.. either by pulling the battery and putting it back
or Left Alt + Right Shift + Delete.
there's no harm in trying right? since you'll get a replacement anyway

so far ive done this:
several battery pulls
security wipe
downgrade os from v246 to v141
upgrade back to os v246
more battery pulls
different sim
went into Device Status. typed in "test" and when i did the keyboard test, the send and end call buttons didnt report, same for pressing in the trackpad
im trying to update to 337 but i keep getting an error, im doing as much as i can before i send it out.
