whenever i go into my browser and go to any website it says invalid address. and i cant even use appworld becuase it says i am not connected to the internet even though i am. has this happened to anyone else? and does anyone know how to fix this?

Are you using WiFi or BIS/BES?

If you are using Blackberry Service plan, do you see the Blackberry logo in the top right corner?

Did you try to restart the phone by removing the battery?

my wifi is off and the blackberry logo is there and ive taken the battery out many times and nothing has changed

Never had this issue before.
Just an idea, it might be related to service books.

I will let people with more knowledge to share their thoughts.

Options -> Device -> Advanced System Settings -> Service Book
Check if you have there "Blackberry Internet Browsing Service".

It is related to mail problems, but you can try requesting the service books from the server:
Mail Accounts -> Blackberry key and choose Service Books -> Press "Send Service Books" button.

Just in case, do a backup before that

Maybe you can Go To mobile Network - Diagnostic Test - And Run
It works for me, if suddenly My internet Got stuck or Not working On my blackberry
