I have a Z10 but still have quite a few problems with it especially when roaming. I discovered a sim card called World Sim which is supposed to cut your roaming cost. i have tried to use this in an unlocked 9800 Torch. i can make calls but cannot set up email. Message: Cannot connect to server. In my setup I do not have an option to connect to an email account, I only have an option to activate Enterprise. I have contacted World Sim and they advise to change the APN which I have done but i dont think this is not the problem. Is it because BIS is no longer available and that it is now supposed to work like a smart phone and my operating system does not support it. Any help appreciated. PS I can also connect to the internet via a browser but no emails

Are you using it in the Z10 or in the 9800? The 9800 will still need a BIS data plan in order to preform a lot of functions.

Thanks for the reply. I am using it in a 9800. O2 in the UK no longer offer a BIS dataplan in the UK on new contracts. Does that mean the phone is obsolete
