I purchased my BB 9800 from US. Its working fine there. I switch it off on airport. and when i came back to india its showing insert sim card and Sos signal. i had already shown it to the mobile shop. dey r saying its already unlocked. Is there ne solution of it??

Try a different sim card and make sure the card belongs to a local carrier in your country.

My feeling is that the either the sim card you tried is not from a local carrier.. or the phone is NOT unlocked (in spite of what the people at the shop said!)
