I am wondering if there is an app or a theme that will disable my data (much like turning it off in options) and turn off sms/mms/email (much like the firewall) but allow only phone calls to come through. The basic outcome i'd like is that i dont get a notification or number count of how many bbms or emails i have received.

Maybe there is a "suspend messages" app or theme that disables notifications and counts?

Not that I have seen per say. QL has a feature where you can customize shortcuts by menu placement is about all I have seen. That would be just to shut down messaging services.
