so i just got an unlocked torch, everything is fine but I cant setup my email accounts on the phone it keeps sending me a msg error. I previously had a bold 9700 and dunno what to do because I cant access my email or the blackberry messenger without this setup, please help!
What kind of error code are you getting? For me, personally, it is easier to set up the accounts on your carriers' BlackBerry Start page. I set filters and rules there for forwarding, etc
Place your SIM card in the Torch and log in to your BIS account and move the email to the new device. I'm assuming that you have a BlackBerry data plan provisioned on your account. If the Torch was locked to a carrier that is different than yours, you will need to register it on your carriers network and have the service books sent to the TORCH>
