I am on t mobile and I have a unlocked BB torch for some reason Windows live and a does not work it says service not enabled for this handhold I have tried uninstalling re installing but noting seems to work.Can anyone please help.Girl in need

make sure your TCP/IP settings show tmobiles gateways and not the carrier where the device came from.

options > device > advanced > TCP IP

you can get the settings from someone here or by calling t-mobile

I have done that too1 But no luck, bu thanks,does anyone know what might be wrong?

Do you have a blackberry specific data plan?

If you do have a blackberry plan and phone is activated, re-send your service books by logging into BIS (thru the "Setup" utility on the phone, or your carriers website T-Mobile BIS Service and using the "Resend service books" option there.
