I'm using a Blackberry torch 9800 and few months ago due to an accident my mobile was broken into pieces and nothing was functioning. Everything new was replaced which changed my pin and imei number also. I'm from india and using bharathi airtel. I'd registered an email I'd named [email protected]. I forgot its password and when I click forgot password it shows password sent to your device but it's not possible to check it! But I have control over my blackberry id and I restored data using blackberry protect. But is there anyway by which I could recover my blackberry email id which I've forgotten? I can even answer the security questions of it!

I don't think that is possible. I believe it is connected to the old pin number.

If it's your email address which you use while setting up accounts then contact airtel they will reset it, if it is another please try from a pc
