im trying to reload the os onto my new bb , why you ask because for some reason the alarm is stuck showing 6am when i shut down the phone and even though ive changed it that screen isnt reflecting that.
When i tried to reload the os on my bb 9800 however i get this error message
An error has occurred while downloading software for your device. Please verify your Internet connection or try again later, if the problem persists.
This also happened with my old 8220 flip as well..
