Anyone have experience with Google voice app in Canada - making or receiving calls - os this possible? On which carrier(s)?

Unless you have a 403 area code phone number, Google Voice is mainly useless for you. If you make calls, GV will dial a number in the USA and it will cost you long distance.

Google has been promising to release the service in Canada for years but nothing has come of it yet.
