I am using blackberry videora at the moment, but it takes really long to convert a file, about an hour for 350mb file. could someone recommend a good free converter please? thank you

Try Handbrake but video conversion can be a slow process anyway. You'll need a powerful PC with lots of available RAM to convert video efficiently

+1 for HandBrake. Simple & effective. I've tried a number of different converters -- it gives the most consistent results. Speed is comparable.
