In the abc show Flashforward episode 19 Course Correction, agent Mark Benford's cell phone 35 minutes in (Hulu time).
Looks to me like the BB Slider. Any one agree or think of other possibilities?

doesnt look like it. The slider has a chrome bezel around it, there is no chrome bezel anywhere on that phone in this video
