    need help setting my torch back to factory settings?? I have tried the blackberry wipeout, but IT blocks are still there preventing me from using my bbm or any social apps. please help

    Search for removing IT Policies. There are a few helpful threads that work..

    Get a tool called crakutil... It can easily remove the it policy with one click.
