I have some problem that my handset blackberry 9800 torch was device locked,then screen was show enter blackberry to continue. I just try to enter my password but I can not get open and can't got application.please help me my phone normal use , if any person sugessted and sent SMS write English language.

Instead of entering your password, enter the word blackberry. You will then be asked to enter your password.

My mobile phone blackberry torch 9800 last two days ago my password was wrong enter my younger brother, screen device locked, only enter blackberry to continue, I try again and again but fail, lastly I get suggestions from blackberry forums that only once enter "blackberry" and than my password enter . That my phone was operate normally. Thank very much.
