    I'm having a problem with my Optimum Online email account where when I select to delete an email "on mailbox and handheld", its only being deleted from my BB, but it's still showing as new on my Optimum Online email account when I log in to check my emails.

    This only started happening recently. Before this stated happening all emails I would select to delete "on mailbox and handheld" would be deleted as such.

    I resent my service books to see if that helped any, but the problem is still happening.

    Anyone have an idea what could be the problem. Oh yeah, this is only happening with this email account. I'm not having a problem with my other email accounts (AOL, School, Etc...)
