    Hi all,

    One of my clients uses Torch 9800s for all of their users. Recently one of the users is seeing a lot of "code" where color, bold, italics, etc should be in email he is receiving. Other users, using the same phone, are not having this problem. Any thoughts?

    Apparently this is now only happening when opening word documents.
