    Is anyone else having this issue. I have deleted an old email account via the Internet service on my PC but it will not delete on my 9800. Also I can not get the email set up on my 9800 to open up at all. It is still showing the wrong number of email accounts.

    I think ur problem is not clear, what do u mean by "I have deleted an old email account via the Internet service on my PC" ? did u mean that u have deleted one of ur web mail account ? obviously it wouldn't delete the account on ur device ( it's an interface to sync and access ur mails on the device ), unless u deleted it through the email setup.
    about not being able to open setup, r u connected to BIS as u try to open it?
    if u clarify a bit more , someone will be able to help u soon

    Does it tell you to contact your service provider when you try to open the email set-up app?
