    Hi,
    I updated my software on my BB 9800 & after that I am facing problems with my emails. I am not able to receive any emails. I tried removing battery n restarting my phone. It didn't work. It keeps on saying
    " your device encountered a problem with this application's server."
    Please advice I am tired of this it's almost a week now.

    did you re register the device after the update and make sure your service books came in?
