Can't set up email on my torch 9800

This handset gas never been set up for email from ne.. passed it to a friend who washed their Z10 to use till its fixed but it just won't set up when you press the email icon nothing happens

You have to go to the setup icon and add your email accounts. Has your provider provisioned you for BB first? If so do this first, go to options (the wrench icon), then device, then advanced, then host routing,then press the BB button and select Register Now. Then go to the Email Setup icon or setup icon to enter your email account information. This should prompt you for your email account settings. It will walk you through the process, you will need to enter your email addresses and passwords and it will look up the server info for you.

Needs BIS activated by the cellular provider the new bb10 don't need it but the older phones do

hello sir thank you for valuble reply but i been activated with dat BIS service...but not connecting the email setup and i made a call to network provider and i can run every app and Google and etc....
