I have a Torch 9800 which I recently updated to 6.0 Bundle 2647 (v6.0.0.600. Platform 6.6.0223). After the update I tried to reload my email accounts. I go to setup then email accounts. It will not open the next page. If I try to back out it comes up with the box "You are about to exit setup". If I click exit the phone locks up. I have tried to reload a lowere version of 6.0 but the same thing happens.
Does anyone have any advise?

I had this exact problem. I called customer service and they said to set it up on the computer. the link is https://www.att.blackberry.com

I set mine up this way bc my email set up wouldn't go to the next screen either.

i had a similar problem...it told me to update, then it effed up my bb..so mad
