Please can someone help me with my prediciment.... My son has previously had loading (slow) probs in the past few weeks, thus resulting in him getting frustrated and squeezed the buttons and dropping the phone "a couple" of times to get it restarted.... ( worked aparrently). Is the phone now a lost cause as it won't come on or show charging signs when plugged in?

Have you checked to see if the battery has become dislodged?
