    My convenience key is not functioning. I am able to set it up in options, and the phone makes a tone when I press it (so I know its not a hardware issue); but the key does not do anything.

    It is a two step key for the camera. Try pressing it down again.

    Yeah, this keeps popping up (and I originally thought so myself until I pressed hard with my fingernail)

    Wow I had the same problem with my convenience key. I had assigned voice dialing to it and couldn't get it to work. Thanks a bunch!
