have torch bb, and it will not charge with either my computer or wall charger! whats up with this??? and how can i get it to charge?

Most likely your battery is worn out or has failed and needs to be replaced. Less likely, and much more costly, it's possible the charging circuit in your device has failed. That should be covered under warranty, if your warranty hasn't expired.
