Tomorow I will change from Telcel to Movistar. I have a torch originaly bought in telcel and unlocked by IMEI.
My concern has to do with the pin and bis service. Do they depend in any way of the operator or only from rim?
Do I have to do anything beside get a data plan with movistar?
If there is some one from Mexico who can share his/her view will be apreciated.
