I downloaded this app called miRoamer Global Radio from BB App World. It never worked, so I uninstalled it. While installed though, it somehow messed up my network settings. I'm not sure if Cell Broadcasting comes Enabled by default, or if this app enabled it somehow.
Anybody know if cell broadcasting comes enabled by default? Does it have to be enabled? And what's cell broadcasting anyway?
