Hello,

I'm not so sure what happened to my phone..It won't turn on, even if I charge it nothing happens, no lights nothing. I'm quite rough with my phone, so I think might be because it has fell a few times or maybe just the battery? Can anyone give me some suggestions what I should do or what might be the problem?

Plus I'm pretty sure its not due to water damage as the indicator on the battery and the other one on the casing above the battery is still white colour.

First Borrow a battery from someone else long enough to prove a bad battery if that is truely the issue.....
Second, if no power up with "different/new" battery, then connnect with Cable to PC and see what DeskTop software sees...may direct you to a software issue only....
Third strike is usually a broken or loose lead to the power supply mechanical within the phone so will have to be opened by a tech and checked out.....
