I had to change the password on my gmail account and now I can't get into the email settings to fix it. I called AT&T, and they transferred me to the main Blackberry Customer Service line where I was asked for a carrier code (and big surprise, when I called back the AT&T tech had no idea what I was talking about and I've been sitting on hold for about 40 minutes- I've done enough searches to see this seems to be a common experience)
