    I dropped off my Q10 today for repairs.

    I had them switch out the SIM card to my old 9800.

    Phone and text seem to work fine. But I am unable to log in to the BIS website. I am confident I have the correct username and password but I get the message indicating wrong username and password.

    If I try to setup any accounts through the phone setup I get the message that it is the wrong address or password (which I know is not true).

    What am I missing

    I called Bell tech support and they passed me along to BB tech support and they were at a loss.

    (Just a side note but when trying to do email setup of one of my gmail accounts using the phone I get an email from gmail:
    We recently blocked a sign-in attempt to your Google Account. Whoever tried to sign in to your account knows your password; we recommend that you change it right away.)

    Well that person trying to sign in using my Torch to setup the gmail account in question was me).

    BB tech support should be able to help you reset the password.
    The BB tech couldnt find record of my BIS account and he couldnt tell me how to establish a new account.
