Hey gang

So I backed up my old torch using desktop software.

Now on my other torch i try to restore and my contact list is greyed out and it will not let me choose it.

Is there a way to bring those contacts in ?

Barring that, is there some sort of .bbb file reader so i can at least manually add them if need be ?

This may be because you have SYNC Service Books which prevent Desktop Manager processing the Address Book because the default is an ota sync. If you delete all Service Books with the suffix SYNC you should find that Contacts become available.
