Anybody else have the problem where you go to take a pic and instead of snapping the photo the phone powers off? Then, to turn it back on you have to take the battery out and out it back in., Super annoying!

wipe your device...
if doesn't work...
then if your device software is less then *.448 then upgrade OS..
see if problem still exist..
if exist...
bb needs to be taken to service center...
What other apps do you have installed or are you running?
What version of OS6 do you have?
Are you using the convenience key (side button), the trackpad or touchscreen to snap the picture, when it turns off the phone?
