    Canadian rogers torch says 5mp right next to the lens. I know the usa ones say torch there.

    Max res for picture is 2592x1944, max res for vid is 640x480

    ps: if you do 2592x1944/1024/1024 on the calculator,you get the mb resolution (the division is there to convert bit to mbit).

    I think you meant pixel to MPixel
    the number of bits depends on the colour resolution (8 bit, 16 bit, 32 bit, etc).
