I bought my Torch 9800 two weeks ago and my video camera works fine, very fine, but I cannot take a picture when I change to camera mode. Just appear a black screen and the button stay in gray color (disabled). Somebody can help me? I think that is a software problem, and I already made downgrade to another 4 releases of version 6 and didn't work. Now, the version that I have installed in my Torch is 6.0 bundle 2534 (v6.0.0.570, platfrom 6.6.0.212).
I'm afraid it's Not possible, because I bought in a travel to another country! : (
My ideology is simple. If the video camera works perfectly, why not work with normal camera if this application uses the same hardware? It can only be a software problem.
